1. Agreement to Terms

When you engage Apex Advantage Bookkeeping, LLC for services:

  • You retain the right to terminate services with written notice
  • Fees are due according to our agreed-upon service agreement and pricing
  • We will maintain confidentiality of your financial information to the extent permitted by law

B. Not Tax or Legal Advice

Unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement:

  • Apex Advantage Bookkeeping, LLC is a bookkeeping firm and does not prepare income tax returns or provide tax advice or legal advice
  • The services we provide are limited to those agreed upon in your engagement letter
  • We recommend that you consult with your tax preparer or attorney for tax planning, tax return preparation, and legal matters
  • We are not responsible for tax consequences or legal issues resulting from your business decisions or the use of our bookkeeping services
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with all tax obligations and applicable laws

10. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete financial records and documentation
  • Maintain security of your QuickBooks account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any discrepancies or unauthorized access
  • Review reports and reconciliations provided by us for accuracy
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws

11. Limitation Period

Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement or apexadvantage.pro must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such action shall be forever barred.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service and any documents or policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Apex Advantage Bookkeeping, LLC regarding your use of apexadvantage.pro and our services, and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
