Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information our website, apexadvantage.pro, collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If you have questions, email contact@apexadvantage.pro or call 308-675-7438.
What we collect
What you send us.
- Contact form: your name, email address, business name (optional), and your message.
- Mailing list signup: your email address, once our newsletter launches.
- Email or phone: whatever you choose to tell us when you contact us directly.
What is collected automatically.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time.
- Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not use tools that record your visit.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and schedule a consultation
- To send our newsletter, only if you signed up, and only until you unsubscribe
- To keep the website secure and working, and to block spam
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use a few service providers to run the website and our email. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Website hosting and forms (Netlify): hosts the website and receives the messages sent through its forms
- Email (Google Workspace): receives and stores email we send and receive
- Fonts (Google Fonts): see above
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years after our last contact with you
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe
- Spam: deleted
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Remove you from our mailing list (every newsletter will also have an unsubscribe link)
Email contact@apexadvantage.pro or call 308-675-7438. We will respond within 30 days. Some states give their residents specific privacy rights; we honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information. We already don't do either.
Clients
Our website does not hold client records. If you become a client, you share documents with us through our secure client portal (TaxDome), and the information you share for bookkeeping services (bank statements, receipts, payroll records and similar) is covered by your engagement agreement, not this website policy.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to messages and client information is limited to our team. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords through the contact form or by email.
Children
Our website is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
